Strength Through The Struggle: Why I Started Pressing On: (Mental Health Awareness)

There was a time when I didn't know what "Pressing On" really meant, I thought strength meant smiling through the pain, pretending I was fine, and carrying everything alone.
But the truth is strength often looks nothing like that.
It looks like getting out of the bed when your heart is heavy. It looks like showing up for yourself even when no one notices. It looks like whispering, I'm still here.
That;s where ipressedon.org began in the quiet moments between BREAKING and HEALING,
TURNING POINT:
I created this space because I know what it feels like to lose yourself in the noise of fear, anxiety, and sadness. I know what it's like to look for peace and find only more pressure to be okay.
One day I decided to stop pretending. I worte down my story, and even wanted to do a video. As raw, real, unfiltered and authentic and something in me shifted. Me wanting to share wouldn't erase my pain. but it would help me find purpose in it.
That's when I realized. My story can help someone else breathe again.
